Heated Pool Thrills on a Chill Night

The heated pool was a delightful surprise during our stay. My kids enjoyed splashing around, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety. The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit challenging at times. It took us longer than anticipated to find a spot without getting stressed out.

The breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, making mornings a highlight during our stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor, often dropping unexpectedly, which was frustrating while trying to get some work done.

The staff at Springhill Suites in Fresno were genuinely friendly. Check-in went smoothly, and the room layout was quite appealing. I loved the room's reading lights, making it cozy for late-night reading. The bed and pillows felt plush and comfy. Breakfast in the morning featured a nice variety of items, with great oatmeal and healthy choices. The pool area was enjoyable too, especially the hot tub. However, the Wi-Fi connection had some issues, dropping unexpectedly a few times while I was trying to work. The bathroom cleanliness also could use some attention. I noticed some hair left in the shower. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay, but a few details could be better addressed.

Our toilet wouldn't flush, and the fridge was malfunctioning. To top it off, my daughter got trapped in the elevator, and the response was painfully slow. The overall maintenance issues were infuriating and ruined our special occasion.

We had a fantastic time with our friends! The breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed exploring nearby shopping options and hitting up the golf course. The space was nicely designed, letting us chill and watch movies after a day of fun. Definitely a great spot for group getaways.

The only downside was the jacuzzi was not working during our visit, which was a letdown after a long day.

Bathroom shower head was not adjustable.

the breakfast was tasty with many options, which made for a great start to the day. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a mall, so dining out was easy. the staff was friendly and welcoming during our stay.

We stayed in a King Suite with Sofa Bed, super spacious. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was awesome. The beds were super comfy. Enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was decent, lots to choose from. Overall, a great place to relax with family.

The breakfast was phenomenal and really catered to my family's diverse tastes, with fresh food being replenished continually. The room was well-prepared and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the staff could improve their customer service by offering quicker room changes for unsatisfactory situations, and the gym facilities, while good, could use more equipment. I was especially pleased to have fresh towels available by the pool.

I had a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere, but the breakfast options could use improvement, especially the fresh fruit selection. Would definitely return!

The layout of the suite has an odd L shape, leading to a narrow living room area which isn’t the most inviting space. Parking can be a hassle during busy times. I found myself hunting for a spot more than once. Additionally, I had some trouble with noise from neighboring rooms, which led to a few restless nights.
